Daniil Krimer is an AEA actor, director, educator, and russian immigrant. Originally from the New York metro area, he has workshopped new plays with theatres such as Playwrights Theatre of NJ, Luna Stage, and Abingdon Theatre Company. In 2016 he co-founded Normal Ave Productions, a professional theatre company which lived at the Medicine Show Theatre, in Hell's Kitchen, till 2020.
As the co-founder and Artistic Director of Kane Repertory Theatre he has directed Kane Repertory Theatre’s inaugural production, Our Town, co-created The New Play Lab, and alongside Managing Director Avery Bowne and SDC Director Ansley Valentine, created the Kane Repertory Theatre Multiplatform Commission.
Daniil Krimer received his MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University, his BFA in Acting from Montclair State University, and is signed with Stewart Talent Chicago. He dedicates his journey in the theatre to his grandfather, Boris.
