Al has appeared onstage in such disparate roles as Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet, Greta in Bent, and both dukes in As You Like It.

He has worked with Eclectic Full Contact, Kane Rep., Escape Artistry, Theatre Y, Akvavit, Strawdog, and MUSE Theatre Collective. Al received his MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University in 2019. Besides being an actor, Al is a photographer, animator, and rock star wannabe
